Rogue Flesh is an UNCOMMON item. You can trade for mycelium pretty easily, and even if you couldn't, it spreads to dirt blocks, which you can trade for from seeds, making it farmable, Podzol afaik is the only ground block you can't easily get more of, even in vanilla it's a pain to actually generate more, since it requires you grow huge taiga trees.
